Our organoleptic assessments play a dominant role in the development of new products, optimisation of ingredients, processes and costs as well as in quality assurance.
Services provided:
- organoleptic assessments are carried out using accredited sensory assessment methods,
- by regularly trained sensory assessors,
- in evaluation rooms set up in accordance with the standard No. MSZ EN ISO 8589:2015,
- in assessment booths separated from each other.
