Beside the quality of the food, consumer choices and acceptance of products are also determined in its permanent organoleptic profile. Our organoleptic assessments play a dominant role in the development of new products, optimisation of ingredients, processes and costs as well as in quality assurance.

Services provided:

  • organoleptic assessments are carried out using accredited sensory assessment methods,
  • by regularly trained sensory assessors,
  • in evaluation rooms set up in accordance with the standard No. MSZ EN ISO 8589:2015,
  • in assessment booths separated from each other.
